KB Call Tracking is a standalone PBX software designed for use with standard PBX systems and has the following features:-

• 1. Telephone extensions are assigned to departments.
• 2. A Call Rates table determines unit rate charges for outgoing calls.
• 3. Raw data from the PBX unit is stored in the database and displayed under Call Records.
• 4. Reports can be printed by extension numbers, by date range, and by departments.
• 5. Bar and pie charts provide visual display of Call Statistics
• 6. Utilities allow:-
  • User access restriction
  • Purging of old data
  • Database server configuration
• 7. The programme is configured for Panasonic PBX as a default.

Installation of KB Call Tracking software is simple and quick. System requirements are a PC with Intel Core 2 Duo or equivalent, 2 GB RAM, 160 GB hard disk, RS232C (DB9) serial interface and a printer.

• First, the Firebird server has to be installed.
• Next create a folder in your C: or D: drive, naming it KB_PBX or any other name you prefer.
• The following files are to be copied into this folder:-
  • PBX_Client.exe
  • PBX_Server.exe
  • PBX_Client.ini (registrant – Download Registration Form here)
  • PBX_CreateDatabase.exe
  • Background.jpg

• An empty database with Panasonic PBX parameters will be created upon loading PBX_CreateDatabase.exe.
• File created in the current folder: CallTracking.fdb
• You will need to specify the full path for the database created when you first load PBX_Server.exe / PBX_Client.exe.
